Sketch n’ Scale LLC (“Sketch n’ Scale,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a design studio based at 2119 N 70th Pl, Scottsdale, AZ 85257, USA. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you visit sketchnscale.com (the “Site”) or interact with us.

2. Information We Collect

Contact Information – name, email, phone number, and business name provided through the contact form or newsletter sign‑up.

Project Details – any information you include about project scope, budget, timeline, or other notes when you reach out.

Usage Data & Cookies – IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, clicks, and referring URL, collected by Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and TikTok Pixel.

Newsletter Activity – email open rates and link clicks recorded by Mailchimp.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data or information from children under 13.

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use first‑ and third‑party cookies and pixels to

  • make the Site function;

  • analyze performance (Google Analytics);

  • run re‑targeting ads (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok). You can disable cookies in your browser or opt out of Google Analytics at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

4. How We Use Your Information

Respond to inquiries and provide quotes – based on our legitimate interests or steps needed before entering a contract.

Send newsletters and marketing updates – with your consent; you can unsubscribe any time.

Understand site performance and improve marketing – legitimate interests in running and growing our business.

Serve retargeting advertisements – based on your consent via the cookie banner.

Detect fraud or protect our legal rights – legitimate interests.

5. Sharing & Processors

We never sell or rent your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Site or deliver our services:

  • Squarespace (website & forms)

  • Mailchimp (email marketing)

  • Google Analytics, Meta Platforms, LinkedIn, TikTok (analytics/ads)

  • Google Drive & Dropbox (project file storage) All processors act under contract and may only use your data to perform the services we request.

6. International Data Transfers

We are located in the United States. If you are in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other regions with data‑collection laws, note that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved safeguards when required.

7. Data Retention

  • Inquiry emails and form submissions: kept until the project is declined, then deleted within 12 months.

  • Client project files: retained for the duration of the project plus 7 years (tax & legal obligations).

  • Newsletter data: stored until you unsubscribe or we close the list.

  • Analytics logs: retained by Google for 26 months, then automatically deleted.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data; to object to certain processing; and to receive a portable copy. To exercise any rights, email michael@sketchnscale.com.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

9. Security

The Site uses SSL encryption. Access to stored data is limited to authorized personnel, protected by passwords and two‑factor authentication where available. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100 % secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
